01. Quality Guarantee
Cowin Industry guarantees that all supplied chemicals meet the precise specifications outlined in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS). Each delivery is strictly verified through a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) to ensure absolute traceability and performance consistency.
02. Compliance & Standards
Products are supplied in accordance with global regulatory frameworks including REACH, RoHS, and PFAS-free requirements where applicable. The purchaser maintains full responsibility for downstream application compliance with local safety regulations.
TECHNICAL ADVISORY: For HFE/PFC tech fluids, Cowin Industry provides independent technical alternatives. It is the end-user's responsibility to validate drop-in compatibility for specific proprietary hardware.
03. Shipping & Delivery
Unless specifically agreed in writing, all commercial shipping terms are governed by Incoterms® 2020. Cowin Industry specializes in secure hazardous material (HazMat) transport via IMDG/IATA compliant logistics. Estimated lead times are subject to global supply chain conditions and maritime schedules.
04. Inspection & Claims
Any claims regarding cargo quality or quantity variance must be filed within 14 calendar days of receipt at the port of destination. For quality-related audits, sealed retention samples from the original packaging must be provided for independent third-party laboratory verification.
05. Limitation of Liability
Cowin Industry Limited’s maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific goods supplied. We shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of production) resulting from the use of our materials in specialized industrial processes.
