Terms of Supply

1. Quality Guarantee

Cowin Industry guarantees that all supplied chemicals meet the specifications provided in the Technical Data Sheet (TDS) for the specific batch. Each shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for full traceability.

2. Compliance & Responsibility

Our products are supplied in compliance with international environmental standards (REACH/RoHS/PFAS-free as stated). It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that the chemical is used in accordance with local environmental and safety regulations.

NOTICE: Regarding HFE/PFC tech fluids, Cowin Industry provides independent technical alternatives. Purchasers are responsible for validating drop-in compatibility for their specific equipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping terms are governed by Incoterms® 2020. We specialize in secure hazardous material transport via IMDG-compliant logistics. Lead times provided are estimates based on global supply chain conditions.

4. Inspection & Claims

Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be filed within 14 days of cargo receipt. Samples from the original packaging may be required for independent lab verification to ensure an audit-ready resolution.

5. Limitation of Liability

Cowin Industry shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the supplied materials beyond the invoice value of the goods.
